Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) is wrapping up the auction for 873,061.225 units of ordinary rights shares today, March 12, 2025 (20th Falgun, 2081). The auction began on February 28, 2025 (28th Falgun, 2081).
Out of the total rights shares issued, 17,639,730.8 units (95.83%) were successfully claimed by eligible shareholders, leaving about 4.71% unclaimed. These unclaimed shares are now being offered in the auction.
The rights shares were initially made available to NGPL’s shareholders through a 1:1 offer from January 28 to February 12, 2025 (14th Magh to 29th Magh, 2081).
Both individual investors and institutions can participate in this auction. Siddhartha Capital Limited is managing the auction process. The minimum bid price for the shares is set at Rs. 100 per share, with a minimum bid quantity of 100 shares. Participants are free to place bids for any number of shares, as long as they follow the regulatory limits on the maximum share quantity allowed per bidder.
