Standard Chartered Bank Limited (SCB) has successfully listed its 6.5% bonus shares, totaling 6,129,145 units, on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).
The bank approved a 25.5% dividend during its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Mangsir 25, 2081, which included a 6.5% bonus share issuance and a 19% cash dividend. The bonus shares are now officially available on the NEPSE.
As of the latest trading, SCB’s Last Traded Price (LTP) stands at Rs. 658
