Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has successfully conducted its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM), where it completed the postponed election for public shareholder directors.
The newly elected directors are Bimal Prasad Dhakal, Krishna Raj Lamichhane, and Sharmila Shrestha Maharjan. Following their election, they took the oath of office and officially assumed their roles during the 393rd board meeting, held on Chaitra 2, 2081. The process was carried out in accordance with the Insurance Act 2079.
