Radhi Bidyut Company Limited has postponed its Special General Meeting (SGM), originally scheduled for March 15, 2025 (Chaitra 3, 2081), due to a lack of quorum. The company announced that the meeting could not proceed as the required number of shareholders were not present.
In an official notice to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), Radhi Bidyut stated that the SGM was convened in accordance with the Companies Act 2063 and the company’s internal regulations. However, since the minimum attendance requirement was not met, the meeting was put on hold.
The company has not yet announced a new date for the meeting, but further updates are expected soon.
