Swabhimaan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMFBS) has announced a 5.2632% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81, amounting to Rs. 76.91 lakhs.
In its 102nd board meeting on Chaitra 7, the company decided to distribute the dividend based on its paid-up capital of Rs. 14.61 crores. The proposed dividend includes 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 73.06 lakhs and a 0.2632% cash dividend of Rs. 3.84 lakhs, which will be used for tax purposes.
However, the dividend distribution is subject to approval from the central bank and endorsement by the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of yesterday, SMFBS shares closed at Rs. 1,886.60.
