Reliance Finance Limited is holding its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today. The meeting will begin at 11 AM at Anupam Foodland and Banquet in Gaushala.
This year, the company has decided not to give any dividend to its shareholders.
During the meeting, a proposal will be made to give the Board of Directors the power to explore mergers with other banks or financial institutions. The AGM will also discuss and approve the company’s annual report, the auditor’s report for the last fiscal year, and appoint a new auditor along with deciding their payment for the current year.
