Sunil Bahadur Kshetri, Chief Executive Officer of Paramount Motors, stated that the Windsor EV is expected to introduce a new dimension in Nepal’s electric vehicle market. He expressed confidence that the model, which has received positive feedback in the Indian market, will successfully compete with other brands in Nepal.
The Windsor EV is a modern luxury CUV equipped with several advanced features. These include a wireless charger, automatic air conditioning, electrically adjustable front seats, a power tailgate, six airbags, a tire pressure monitoring system, electronic stability control, and a 360-degree camera.
The vehicle is powered by a 38 kWh LFP battery, which, according to the company, offers a range of up to 331 kilometers on a single charge. In Indian urban testing, it achieved a range of 327 kilometers. It also features a 100 kW electric motor that generates 200 Nm of torque.
In terms of design, the Windsor EV is sleek and modern. It includes flush door handles, LED lights, 18-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic glass roof, rear seats that recline up to 135 degrees, an 8.8-inch LCD instrument panel, and a 15.6-inch floating touchscreen center control system. The car is also equipped with disc brakes on all four wheels and comes with six speakers.
