The company had allotted its Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public on Asar 28, 2079. In compliance with the Nepal Securities Board’s directive, these shares were placed under a three-year lock-in period from the date of allotment.
With the expiry of this period, all these shares will now be eligible for regular trading on the stock market from Sunday onward.
