The hospital will be constructed on 3 bigha 13 kattha 11.5 dhur of land. The site plan includes 16% building area, 25% greenery, and 25% parking space.
The hospital will be a four-story building with parking capacity for 94 four-wheelers, 49 two-wheelers, and 10 ambulances. Services offered will cover cancer treatment, general medicine, cardiology, gynecology, radiology, radiotherapy, pathology, emergency services, and pharmacy, among others.
Specialists from the United States are expected to provide services, supporting the promotion of medical tourism in the region.
The construction is planned to be completed within 36 months. During construction, over 280,000 employment opportunities will be generated, while post-operation, the hospital will employ 306 permanent staff, prioritizing local workforce recruitment.
