Muktinath Agriculture Company has proposed a total dividend of 8.42 percent, made up of 8 percent bonus shares and 0.42 percent cash. The company’s paid-up capital is NPR 70 crore, and it will also propose issuing bonus shares equal to 60 percent of the existing capital at the meeting after the dividend distribution. Muktinath Agriculture’s ordinary general meeting is set for Kartik 21, and its book close date is Kartik 14.
Global IME Bank has proposed an 8 percent cash dividend (including tax). The bank plans to hold its meeting on Kartik 26, and its book close date is Kartik 16.
