Bharatpur branch transfers Rs 37 lakh 65 thousand as compensation for vehicles damaged during the JENJI movement.
ProtecBit Micro Insurance, Bharatpur Branch, has formally handed over an insurance claim amount to Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality. In a program held on Saturday, Branch Chief Kumar Upreti presented a cheque of Rs 37 lakh 65 thousand to Rural Municipality Chairperson Dan Bahadur Gurung and Vice-Chairperson Maya Silwal in the presence of other local representatives.
The compensation was provided for one Scorpio and one Bolero vehicle belonging to the rural municipality that were set on fire by protesters during the GENJI movement on Bhadau 24. The vehicles were insured under ProtecBit Micro Insurance.
During the handover, ProtecBit Micro Insurance reiterated its commitment to ensuring swift, transparent, and sustainable claim settlement services aimed at reducing the risks faced by its clients.
