In the current fiscal year 2082/83, Nabil Bank issued a new capital instrument named “Nabil 85 Non-Convertible Undistributed Preference Shares”, consisting of 50 million units at Rs 100 per share, totaling Rs 5 Arba. The bank stated that this issuance will strengthen its capital base, enhance risk-bearing capacity, and support further business expansion through additional Tier 1 capital.
