Miteri Development Bank Net Profit Rises 4.07% in Q3

Net interest income surged by 67.05 percent to Rs. 22.15 crore, while operating income increased by 13.96 percent to Rs. 25.57 crore. However, impairment charges also increased significantly from Rs. 21.48 lakh to Rs. 2.25 crore.

The bank’s non-performing loan (NPL) ratio improved by 0.30 percentage points, falling to 0.48 percent.

During the review period, the bank collected deposits worth Rs. 8.58 arba and extended loans amounting to Rs. 6.84 arba.

The bank reported a distributable profit of Rs. 10.07 crore, with a dividend capacity of 9.90 percent. Its paid-up capital stands at Rs. 1.21 arba, while reserves total Rs. 47.90 crore.

Earnings per share (EPS) increased by Rs. 0.41 to Rs. 10.54, and the net worth per share stood at Rs. 139.36.
