For the first category areas including Charali, Biratnagar, Janakpur, Amlekhgunj, Bhalwari, Nepalgunj, Dhangadhi, and Birgunj, the new price for petrol is fixed at Rs 194.50 per liter and diesel at Rs 192.50 per liter. In the second category areas which are Surkhet and Dang, petrol will now cost Rs 196 per liter and diesel will cost Rs 194 per liter.
Aviation Fuel and Cooking Gas Rates
The new rate for domestic aviation fuel is now Rs 229 per liter. For international aviation fuel, the price is set at USD 1,566 per kiloliter for Kathmandu, USD 1,100 for Pokhara, and USD 1,085 for Bhairahawa.
After the price cut, consumers will now get cooking LP gas cylinder of 14.2 kg at Rs 2,060. Earlier, the price of LP gas cylinder was Rs 2,160.
