Approval of Financial Reports and Auditor Appointment
The AGM discussed and approved the annual report presented by board of directors. Similarly, the shareholders also approved the balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statements, and other financial reports of the company. The assembly also passed proposal to appoint auditor for current fiscal year and fixed their salary.
Election of New Directors
The meeting also passed proposal to elect four directors from Group ‘A’ representing promoter shareholders and one director from Group ‘B’ representing ordinary public shareholders for remaining term of vacant posts.
From the election, Tekraj Bhatta representing Nabil Bank Limited, Bheshraj Gautam representing Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited, and Krishna Prasad Neupane representing Deprosc-Nepal were elected as directors. Likewise, Dr. Bhrigu Rishi Duwadi was elected from promoter shareholders and Sita Luitel was elected to represent general public shareholders.
