Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Limited has published a notice to hire Chief Executive Officer through open competitive process. Qualifications and Experience Required
For educational qualification, applicants must have Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or Master of Business Administration (MBA) with at least ten years of professional experience in relevant field. Alternatively, candidates with Bachelor’s degree in the same engineering fields can also apply if they have twelve years of professional experience. The vacancy notice mentions that preference will be given to candidates who have experience in hydropower project construction or management level.
The age limit for applicants is minimum forty years and they must not exceed sixty years by the last date of application. The selection of candidate will be done as per the Terms of Reference (ToR). Salary and other benefits will be decided according to company rules and mutual agreement.
