Prime Commercial Bank Limited has issued a notice inviting sealed bids from eligible vendors for the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of its UPS, battery, CCTV, EPABX, and fire extinguisher systems.
Prime Commercial Bank Limited has called for sealed bids to supply Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services for bank’s UPS, batteries, CCTV, EPABX systems, and fire extinguishers. How to Apply and Bidding Fees
Interested bidders can buy bid document by submitting a written application and paying non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000. This fee must be deposited in the bank’s designated account number 995870000.
Along with bid, applicants need to submit a bid bond which is equal to 2.5 percent of total bid amount including VAT. This bid bond can be in form of a bank guarantee from any ‘A’ class commercial bank in Nepal. Alternatively, bidders can also deposit cash directly into Prime Commercial Bank’s account number 9916102000 and submit the voucher. The bid bond must be valid for at least 2 months from last date of bid submission.
Important Dates and Venue
The deadline to submit bid is August 7, 2026, till 5:00 PM in the evening. After that, the received bids will be opened on August 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM. This opening will take place on fifth floor of the bank’s central office located in Kamalpokhari.
