Gandaki University in Pokhara has called for applications from eligible Nepali citizens to fill five vacant Assistant Professor positions through open competition.

The human resource management committee of Gandaki University, Pokhara, has announced new job vacancies for academic positions. The university is looking for energetic candidates to join as permanent Assistant Professors. There are five vacant seats in total, which will be filled through an open competitive examination.
The vacancies are available in four different subjects. According to the official notice, there are two openings for Law, one opening for Computer Engineering, one opening for Civil Engineering, and one opening for Local and Municipal Development Planning and Management (Development Studies).
Educational Qualification and Selection Process
If you want to apply, you must meet the minimum educational qualification required by university. Candidates need to have at least a Master’s degree in second division in the relevant subject. The selection process will be done through written exams, which includes first and second papers, and then a final interview.
Application Fees and Deadlines
Interested and eligible Nepali citizens can submit their application within 21 days of first publication date, which is Shrawan 20, 2083. This means the last date to apply with regular fee is Bhadra 10, 2083. The normal application fee is set at Rs. 3,000.
