Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited is looking for qualified Nepalese citizens to join their team. The bank have announced vacancies for Branch Managers, Head of IT Department, and Head of Credit Administration Department.
For the Branch Manager role, the bank is hiring at Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager levels for branches inside Kathmandu Valley and Bagmati Province. For other provinces, which includes Koshi, Madhesh, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim, they are looking for Junior Officer, Officer, and Senior Officer levels.
Requirements and Qualifications
If you want to apply for the Branch Manager position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management, but candidates with a Master’s degree will be preferred. You also need at least 6 years of banking experience, with 3 years of experience working as a branch manager.
For the position of Head of IT Department (Senior Officer), applicants need a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5 years of working experience in banks or financial institutions. For the Head of Credit Administration Department (Deputy Manager), the bank requires a Master’s degree in Management, Administration, or Economics, along with 10 years of relevant experience.
Age Limit and How to Apply
The age limit for Officer level positions is up to 40 years, and for Manager level positions, it is up to 50 years. Interested candidates must apply online through bank official career portal. The last date to submit your application is Bhadra 10, 2083 before 12:00 AM midnight. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
