NADA Auto Show to Start From Bhadra 9 at Bhrikutimandap

The 18th edition of NADA Auto Show is set to begin from Bhadra 9 to Bhadra 14 at Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu.

The six-day exhibition is being organized by NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal. There will be more than 200 stalls presenting different vehicles, new technology, spare parts, and other services related to automobiles.

Golden Jubilee Celebration

This year, the auto show is being celebrated as a Golden Jubilee edition because it marks the 50th anniversary of NADA. During a press conference held on Monday, NADA President Suresh Upreti shared that they are preparing to make this exhibition grander than previous years by using new technology.

“We have tried to make the auto show bigger than past by using today’s new technology. Imported and domestic products will be displayed in same place,” President Upreti said.

Stalls and Main Attractions

In this exhibition, there will be 23 passenger car brands, 17 light commercial vehicle brands, and 13 two-wheeler brands. Along with them, 10 financial and insurance companies and 70 auto parts, accessories, tyre, lubricant, and garage equipment stalls will be present at the venue.

The organizers also mentioned that vehicles assembled in Nepal, along with lubes, batteries, helmets, and other auto items will be showcased. HP Lubricants is the main sponsor of the NADA Auto Show.

Expectations and Ticket Offers

According to NADA, the main goal of the auto show is bringing entire automotive ecosystem under one roof. Visitors can directly see new vehicles, latest technology, and innovations in the market. This exhibition will also give good opportunity for automobile companies to launch new products, meet customers directly, and grow their business networks.

NADA expects around 2 lakh visitors to visit the show during the six days. There will also be special Golden Jubilee programs, new product launches, and seminars. Lastly, NADA announced that people who buy tickets in advance through Khalti app will get 50 percent cashback.
