Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a ‘D’ class financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, have invited job applications from qualified Nepali citizens to fill up several vacant positions. The central office of this microfinance institution is located at Butwal in Rupandehi district. The organization operates across 19 districts in total, including 11 Terai districts from Parsa to Kanchanpur and 8 hill districts. Interested candidates must submit their application within 15 days from the date the notice was published.
Available Positions and Numbers
According to the vacancy notice, under officer category, the institution is looking for one Officer for Department or Unit Head or Area Operation Officer. It also needs three Junior Officers, where one seat is for Promotion and ICT Unit Head and two seats are for Internal Auditor or Branch Operation Officer. Additionally, there are 4 vacancies for Management Trainees on contract basis to work as Business Consultants.
Under assistant category, the microfinance is hiring 3 Assistants for field staff and 1 Junior Assistant for Promotion and ICT Unit. Along with that, there are few openings for Trainee Assistant on contract basis for field level work.
Required Qualifications and Age Criteria
For Officer and Junior Officer posts, candidates must have completed Bachelor degree or equivalent and possess relevant work experience in microfinance or banking field. Semi-qualified Chartered Accountants will get priority for Internal Auditor position. For Management Trainee, applicant should pass Bachelor degree in related subject. For Assistant and Junior Assistant, candidates need to have passed Class 12 with required experience, whereas for Trainee Assistant, passing SLC or SEE is sufficient.
Talking about age limits, applicants for officer level must be between 21 and 40 years old. For assistant level, candidates must be between 18 and 35 years old. In the case of female candidates, there is an extra 5 years relaxation in upper age limit. The selection process will be done through interview and discussion.
