The selection process will happen in two stages with a total of 100 marks. In the first stage, 55 marks will be evaluated based on educational qualifications (10 marks), work experience (10 marks), and the business action plan (35 marks). In the second stage, 45 marks are allocated for leadership skills (10 marks) and the presentation and interview of action plan (35 marks).
Up to five candidates who score the highest marks in the first stage will be shortlisted for the presentation and interview. Each candidate will get 30 minutes to present their plan. After final evaluation, three names with the highest marks will be recommended for the final appointment. If there are less than three applications, NEPSE will give 7 more days to submit application.
Who is Not Eligible to Apply?
People who have been convicted of corruption, money laundering, or other criminal offenses, or those in blacklist where 6 months have not completed, or who hold basic shares in stock market, or have foreign permanent residency (PR) cannot apply for this job.
The Financial Sector Management and Corporation Coordination Division under Ministry of Finance will handle the secretariat work for this entire selection and recommendation process.
