Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced new job vacancies for multiple positions ranging from officer level to junior assistant trainee.
Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a national-level microfinance institution licensed as a ‘D’ class financial institution by Nepal Rastra Bank, is looking for qualified Nepali citizens to fill up several vacant positions. The company has published notice to hire employees for Officer, Junior Officer, Assistant, Supervisor, and Junior Assistant Trainee posts. Interested candidates can apply within 15 days from publication date of the vacancy notice.
Educational Qualification and Experience
For the Officer position, candidates who are Chartered Accountants (CA), ACCA, or have completed graduation with semi-CA will get preference. For the Junior Officer post, candidates need Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in bank and financial institutions, or intermediate level with 3 years of work experience. For assistant level positions, candidate must have intermediate level qualification along with 2 years of experience. For Junior Assistant Trainee, passing SEE or equivalent with basic computer knowledge is enough.
Age Limit and Selection Process
The age limit for applicants is 21 to 40 years for officer category by the last date of application. For all other positions, applicant must be between 18 and 35 years old. Female candidates will get an extra 5 years in upper age limit. The selection process will include interview for assistant category posts, while officer level posts will have both interview and presentation.
