NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced new job openings for several positions across different provinces.
NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a national-level ‘D’ class microfinance institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank and a subsidiary of NMB Bank, is looking to recruit new employees through open competition. The microfinance company has announced vacancies for various vacant positions at its central office and branch offices located in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces. The vacant posts includes Junior Officer, Supervisor, Senior Assistant, Assistant, and Junior Assistant. Required Qualifications and Work Experience
For the Internal Audit Department, candidates applying for Junior Officer, Supervisor, or Senior Assistant need to have passed CA/Semi CA or Bachelor’s degree in Management from recognized university with 2 years of work experience in the related field. For the Information Technology Department, those applying for Junior Officer or Supervisor need a Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience.
If you are applying for the Branch Manager position which is for Supervisor, Senior Assistant, or Assistant, you must have passed Plus Two with 1 year of experience as a branch manager or 3 years of experience as a field assistant. For the Field Assistant position under Assistant or Junior Assistant category, the minimum requirement is a Plus Two pass with at least 2 years of work experience.
Age Limit and Selection Process
Regarding the age limit, candidates applying for the Officer category must be between 21 and 40 years old. For the Assistant category, the age limit is 18 to 35 years. Female candidates will get an additional 5 years in the upper age limit. The selection process will include an interview and a computer practical test.
