The applicant age must be between 18 and 45 years. Selection will be done through interviews. Applicants need to submit copy of Nepali citizenship, two passport-sized photos, certificates of educational qualification, and other necessary documents along with application form.

Trainees who participate in training will get Rs. 50 daily as snack allowance. However, they will have to manage their own fooding and lodging during the training period.

The center mentioned that priority will be given to poor people, Dalits, people with disabilities, families of martyrs, people injured in people’s movement, single women, and people from backward areas.
