Shivam Cements Limited is looking for a qualified and dynamic Nepalese citizen for position of Dispatch Manager. The selected candidate will be working at company’s work site located in Hetauda.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates who want to apply for this job must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Management or a similar field like BBA or BBS. Along with education, applicant needs to have at least five years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or supply chain operations. If you have worked in cement or manufacturing industries before, the company will give you high preference.
The applicant should also have good knowledge about dispatch planning, transport management, inventory control, and logistics operations. Knowing how to use ERP or SAP software and having advanced MS Excel skills is also required for this job.
Roles and Responsibilities
The chosen candidate will have to handle several important tasks at Hetauda factory. This includes planning dispatch operations to make sure cement products are delivered on time. The manager will develop daily and monthly plans and coordinate with other departments like sales, production, packing plant, and finance. Managing vehicle planning and route optimization is also part of daily work.
