For Chief Credit Officer (CCO) post, candidates must have completed Master’s degree in management, finance, banking, or accounting. They also need at least 10 years of experience in banking sector, with minimum 5 years of experience in managerial level. For Head of Legal Department, applicant must have LL.B. degree and at least 8 years of experience in banking or corporate sector. Meanwhile, for Branch Manager post, candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in management, finance, or banking and 5 years of banking experience.
