Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a national level microfinance institution with its central office located in Gaindakot, Nawalparasi, is looking for staff. The company has published a vacancy notice for several vacant positions in its central and branch offices. They are looking to hire some employees for Senior Assistant (Branch Manager), Assistant, Junior Assistant, and Trainee positions.
Vacancy Details and Qualifications
Interested and qualified Nepali citizens must apply within 15 days of notice publication. The last date to submit application is Bhadra 4, 2083. For the post of Senior Assistant, candidate must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with 3 years of work experience in microfinance sector. Candidates with Bachelor degree only need 1 year of experience. For Assistant post, candidates need 10+2 qualification along with 2 years of microfinance experience.
For Junior Assistant position, applicants must have passed SLC or SEE with 1 year of experience in microfinance. Candidates who have passed SLC or SEE and are interested to work in rural area can apply for Trainee post. The age limit for assistant category is 18 to 35 years. However, female candidates will get 5 years addition in the upper age limit.
Selection Process and How to Apply
The selection process for Senior Assistant, Assistant, and Junior Assistant will be done through oral interview. For Trainee position, there will be field concept and oral interview. Candidates who has driving license will get special preference. The salary, allowances, and other benefits will be provided according to company rules.
