The National Vocational Training Institute has called for applications from interested Nepali citizens for its free professional and skill-based training programs.
The National Vocational Training Institute (NVTI) Development Committee, which works under Ministry of Youth, Labor and Employment of Nepal Government, has announced free vocational and skill development training for the fiscal year 2083/84. They are offering training programs in four different categories: Advanced Beautician, Advanced Electrician, Advanced Tailoring, and Basic Auto Mechanics.
The institute is planning to take 20 students for each course, making it total of 80 vacancies. The advanced courses for Beautician, Electrician, and Tailoring will run for 195 hours. On the other hand, the Basic Auto Mechanics training will be 390 hours long. To join the advance level training, you must have a minimum 390-hour basic training certificate in that field. For basic auto mechanics, applicants need to have passed at least class 8.
How to Apply
Eligible Nepali citizens who are interested can submit their application forms by 2083 Bhadra 11 during the regular office hours. The application forms can be obtained directly from the National Vocational Training Institute office located in Bhaisepati, Lalitpur. Alternatively, you can also download the application form from their official website. Applicants must be between 18 to 45 years of age to apply. NVTI has mentioned that the interview dates and training starting dates will be decided and announced later.
