Janautthan Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has officially announced a vacancy opening for the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Janautthan Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a “D” class microfinance institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, is looking for a qualified Nepali citizen to fill the vacant post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The central office of this microfinance is located at Butwal, Rupandehi, and its working area is spread across 19 districts, which includes 11 Terai and 8 Hill districts. Minimum Qualification and Work Experience Required
For this high-level managerial position, candidates need to meet the educational qualifications and work experience set by the company. Applicants who have completed a Master’s degree in subjects specified by Nepal Rastra Bank must have at least 7 years of working experience in managerial level in banks, financial institutions, or community financial services sector. If the candidate only has a Bachelor’s degree, they need to have at least 10 years of managerial level experience in the same field. Also, the age of applicant must be between 30 years and 60 years on the last date of application.
Selection Process and Benefits
The company has announced to evaluating candidates through a competitive selection process. This will include a business plan presentation, a professional presentation, and an interview round. The salary, allowances, and other benefits will be decided on mutual agreement based on the directives of Nepal Rastra Bank.
