Kaski, Pokhara-based national level microfinance, Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, has called for applications to fill up vacancy for the permanent post of Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Managerial Category). Required Qualification and Experience
For educational qualification and experience, candidate must have completed Master’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution and worked for at least 3 years as a Senior Manager in bank and financial institution. Alternatively, if applicant has Bachelor’s degree, then they must have at least 5 years of working experience as Senior Manager in bank and financial institution.
Age Limit and Selection Process
Regarding age limits, applicants must be between 35 and 45 years of age on the last day of submission. For female candidates, upper age limit is extended by five years. However, the age limit will not apply to current employees who are already working in the microfinance. The selection process will involve a presentation and an interview, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for next steps.
