The Alternative Energy Promotion Centre (AEPC) has opened applications to hire 25 staff on a contract basis for various technical and administrative roles.
The Government of Nepal, Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, under which the Alternative Energy Promotion Centre operates, has invited applications to fill up various vacant positions through contract service. Eligible and interested Nepali citizens are requested for submitting application within seven days from the publication date of this notice, which is before office hours on Bhadra 4, 2083.
The center is hiring for a total of 25 positions. This includes 18 positions for 7th level engineer, 2 positions for 6th level administrative officer, 4 positions for 5th level technical assistant, and 1 position for 4th level computer operator.
For the engineer post, candidates must have a bachelor degree in relevant fields such as environment, civil, mechanical, electrical, electronics, or agriculture. For administrative officer, a bachelor degree in any subject is required. For the technical assistant, applicants need relevant qualification in the renewable energy field along with work experience.
Applicants must attach copies of their citizenship, work experience, and educational certificates, along with 2 passport size photos. The examination fee ranges from Rs. 500 to Rs. 1,200 depending on the post. This fee should be deposited in Rastriya Banijya Bank under office code 308003502 and revenue head number 14224. The selection process will be done through written examination and interview.
