Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has published a official notice to hire workers for 50 vacant positions of Assistant Trainee. This microfinance institution is licensed as a Class ‘D’ financial institution by Nepal Rastra Bank. Currently, it has been providing its services through 159 branches in 63 districts of Nepal. The Nepalese citizens who are qualified and interested to work in rural areas can apply within 15 days from notice publication date, which means the last date to submit application is Bhadra 19, 2083.
Eligibility and Requirements for Applicants
For this position, the minimum educational qualification required is passing the S.E.E. or equivalent exam from a recognized educational institution. If you have passed from a school outside Nepal, you must submit an equivalence certificate. Candidates who have passed 10+2 will get preference. Also, those who have computer knowledge and hold a motorcycle driving license will get extra preference. On the last date of applying, candidate age must be between 18 and 34 years. For female candidates, the upper age limit is up to 39 years.
How to Apply and Selection Process
Interested candidates need to self-attest the copies of their educational qualifications, experience, and citizenship certificates. You can submit these documents directly to corporate office of the company in Sitapaila, Kathmandu. Candidates can also send their application in the prescribed format through email at [email protected]. The selection process will include a field concept and an interview. First, the shortlisted candidates will have to participate in a 3-day field concept program, and only after that, they will be called for final interview.
Training and Career Growth
The selected trainees must complete their training period as per rules of the organization. After training, an open competitive exam which includes written, oral, and practical tests will be conducted to select candidates for permanent jobs.
