Daram Khola Hydropower Energy has received permission from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The approval was granted on Jestha 20, 2082.
The company will issue 39 lakh 50 thousand shares to the public, which equals 38.330% of its total issued capital. This public offering will be worth Rs. 39.5 crores.
The remaining 61.67% of the company’s shares will remain with the founder group.
Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO.
With SEBON’s approval now secured, the company is preparing to open the IPO for general investors in the near future.
