Public Issue of ‘Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme’ Mutual Fund Opens Today

Prabhu Capital Limited has opened the public issue of its new open-ended mutual fund, “Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme”, starting today. The issue will remain open until 27th Jestha, 2082, with a provision to extend the deadline until 6th Ashadh, 2082 if it is not fully subscribed by the initial closing date.

This newly launched fund is targeting a total issue size of 4 crore units. Out of this, 30 lakh units (7.5%) have been reserved for the scheme manager, Prabhu Bank Limited, while another 30 lakh units (7.5%) have been allocated to the fund sponsor, Prabhu Capital Limited. The remaining 2.5 crore units, equivalent to Rs. 25 crore, are being offered to the general public and institutional investors.

As an open-ended fund, the “Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme” allows investors to enter and exit the scheme at any time after the initial offering period. Interested applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units and up to a maximum of 31 lakh units.

The fund is designed to encourage long-term, disciplined investment, providing a structured way for individuals and institutions to participate in Nepal’s growing capital market through mutual fund exposure.

With its systematic approach and open-ended structure, the scheme is expected to attract a broad range of investors looking for flexibility, professional management, and diversification.
