A total of 2,074,285 applicants applied for 24,117,480 shares, with 329,650 applicants receiving shares through a lottery system.

Trade Tower Limited has constructed and operates the Trade Tower building in Thapathali, Kathmandu. Additionally, it has completed and operates the “Janata Residency” apartment in Bhaisepati and the “Hotel Crystal Pashupati” in Gaushala.
