Former Khalti CEO Binay Khadka has launched a new fintech startup called Trust Bridge Capital, which will work across areas ranging from the share market to broader financial services.
Khadka said the company aims to make financial services, investments, and loan access in Nepal more convenient, transparent, and fully digital.
According to him, Trust Bridge Capital will simplify loan application processes, investment planning, and financial decision-making through technology. The company plans to digitize and streamline services such as mortgages, digital loans, capital market services, insurance, and investment procedures.
After the merger of Khalti and IME Pay, Khadka had served as the CEO of the newly formed IME–Khalti. His time at Khalti is regarded as important for introducing youth-friendly features, expanding digital entertainment services, and positioning Khalti as a “lifestyle app.”
After leaving the CEO role, Khadka has now begun a new journey within the fintech sector.
