The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has included Rima Bishwakarma and Ashif Shah in its proportional representation candidate list submitted to the Election Commission. Rima Bishwakarma, a former central member of the Ujyalo Nepal Party, is listed first under the Dalit Women cluster. She was included in the proportional list after the Ujyalo Nepal Party, led by patron Kulman Ghising, merged with the RSP.
Ashif Shah, who has been associated with the RSP for a long time, is included under the Muslim cluster in the proportional list. The RSP has also submitted a comprehensive list that includes members from the Kulman Ghising group and Mayor Balendra Shah (‘Balen’) group to the Election Commission.
