According to the company, a total of 832,926 bonus shares have been registered and listed with the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) and CDS & Clearing Limited (CDSC). The distribution process began on Falgun 19, with shares being credited directly to shareholders’ demat accounts.
Since the bonus shares have been officially listed and registered, shareholders can now trade these shares in the market.
