The Ministry of Finance has officially called for applications from qualified Nepali citizens to fill vacant post of Chief Executive Officer at Deposit and Credit Guarantee Fund through an open competitive selection process.
The Ministry of Finance, under Government of Nepal, has published a notice to hire Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Deposit and Credit Guarantee Fund. Interested and eligible Nepali citizens must submit their applications within 21 days of first publication date. Since notice was published on 2083/03/27, the last date to submit application is 2083/04/15 within office hours.
Required Qualification and Experience
For eligibility, candidates must meet criteria and experience mentioned in Section 49, Subsection (3) of Deposit and Credit Guarantee Fund Act, 2073. Also, applicants should not be disqualified under Section 9 of same Act. Furthermore, they need to fulfill qualifications of Section 3 and must not be disqualified under Section 4 of criteria for appointment and nomination of public bodies officials related to Ministry of Finance, 2073.
Required Documents and Submission Process
Candidates need to submit copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, educational certificates, work experience documents, two passport size photos, and a detailed Bio-Data containing contact address. Along with these, candidates must submit three copies of sealed Business Action Plan for management and operation of fund. This action plan must not exceed five thousand words, and “Business Action Plan for the Post of Chief Executive Officer of Deposit and Credit Guarantee Fund” should be clearly written on outside of envelope.
Candidates are not allowed to write their name or any identifying marks on any page of Business Action Plan. If applicant is currently working in any organization, they must submit a departmental approval letter. Applications must be submitted directly to Financial Sector Management and Corporation Coordination Division of Ministry of Finance, located in Singha Durbar, Kathmandu.
