Today is the final day to qualify for the 28.40% dividend proposed by Salt Trading Corporation Limited (STC). The company has announced its 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 15, 2081, at Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM.
One of the key agendas of the meeting is the approval of a 10% dividend from the FY 2080/81 profits. The decision was made during the board meeting on Poush 26, where a 10% cash dividend was proposed for shareholders.
The book closure date is set for Chaitra 1, 2081, meaning only those who hold STC shares until today will be eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
