Interested investors are required to apply for a minimum of 25 units, with no maximum limit set. The issuance period will close as early as Ashar 32 or by Shrawan 11 at the latest, depending on demand.

NMB Capital Limited is the issue and sales manager for this debenture. Applications can be submitted through C-ASBA-approved banks and financial institutions or via the ‘Mero Share’ online platform.

Credit rating agency ICRA Nepal has assigned Siddhartha Bank a rating of ‘ICRANP-IR BBB+’, indicating a moderate level of safety in fulfilling its financial obligations. Interest payments from this debenture will be made semi-annually after deducting applicable taxes, at the end of each half of the fiscal year.
