National Life CEO Club Honors Outstanding Agents from Karnali and Sudurpaschim

National Life Insurance Company organized a CEO Club honor event in Nepalgunj to recognize agents who achieved the insurance premium collection targets for FY 2081/82.


National Life Insurance Company Ltd. organized the CEO Club Member Honor Program at Hotel Solti Westend in Nepalgunj under the chairmanship of the company’s Chief Executive Officer. The program honored agents who met the insurance premium collection targets set for FY 2081/82. A total of 276 agents were recognized, including 115 agents from Karnali Province and 161 agents from Sudurpaschim Province. Department heads, province heads, and branch managers from Lumbini Province also participated in the event. During the ceremony, agents who qualified for CEO Club membership received their certificates, while those who secured first, second, and third positions in their respective codes and networks were given special honors and awards.

CEO Suresh Prasad Khatri inaugurated the program by lighting the ceremonial lamp. He also honored National Ratna and National Star award-winning agents from Karnali and Sudurpaschim with silver medals bearing the National Life logo, certificates, and khada. The CEO shared that National Life is conducting province-level honor programs under the CEO Club and National Award categories. The first event was completed in Gandaki Province, and the second program has now been conducted for Karnali and Sudurpaschim. Similar events will continue across other provinces. He added that more than 1,600 agents across Nepal have qualified for CEO Club membership, reflecting the success of this initiative.

International trainer Vijay Kumar Jha conducted a training session for participating agents, emphasizing the importance of expanding personal networks, communicating effectively about insurance policies, and building the necessary knowledge and skills for success in the life insurance business. Participating agents expressed that receiving training from an international trainer gave them renewed energy to continue their profession with more dedication.
