Sanvi Energy Limited Gets Approval to Issue IPO: How Many Shares Will Be Available

Sanvi Energy Limited has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the public. The approval, granted on March 11, allows the company to release 43.07% of its total capital in the form of shares to the general public.

The company will issue a total of 3,790,000 shares, which amounts to NPR 37.9 million, at a price of NPR 100 per share. Of these, 1.6 million shares will be available to the public, while the remaining 56.93% will remain with the founder group.

The IPO will be managed by Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited.
