The guava production will start from second year. In the second year, farmers are expected to harvest 5,000 kg of guavas, making Rs 2.50 lakh in sales and Rs 1,16,200 in profit. By third year, the production can reach 20,000 kg, bringing Rs 10 lakh in sales and Rs 5,94,200 in profit. In fourth year, the yield is estimated at 30,000 kg with sales of Rs 15 lakh and profit of Rs 8,86,500. By fifth year, the production is expected to hit 50,000 kg, resulting in Rs 25 lakh sales and a net profit of around Rs 15 lakh.

Overall, Mato Nepal estimates that a farmer can make total sales of Rs 52.50 lakh from 1 Bigha of land in five years. The total cost during this period is estimated at Rs 25,32,850, leaving a clean profit of about Rs 30,96,800.
