Following the approved annual program for the fiscal year 2083/084, the Cottage and Small Industry Office in Rupandehi is looking for interested candidates for various vocational training courses. People who want to participate need to submit their applications within 15 days of this notice, which is by Asoj 22, 2083. Applications can be sent to the office directly or through email.
Available Courses and Selection Process
The office is conducting many different types of training, such as advanced beautician, Nepali cuisine cooking, and Montessori training which lasts for 390 hours. Other courses include driving for youth, barista and bakery training, and specialized training for women in fields like beauty, driving, and barista skills. They are also offering courses for making footwear, incense, bags, and bakery items, alongside training for mobile phone repair, nail art, boutique work, and digital marketing. Most of these programs will select 20 participants each.
To be eligible, an applicant must be a resident of Lumbini Province and at least 18 years old. For youth-targeted programs, the age limit is between 18 and 40 years. Candidates must submit a copy of their Nepali citizenship, two passport-sized photos, and documents showing their background or location. Those applying for advanced beautician training should have basic training, and those applying for boutique training will be given priority if they have basic tailoring skills.
