Siddhartha Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Siddhartha Bank, is now searching for a new leader for its corporate advisory division. The company wants to hire a professional who is looking to grow their career in the field of investment banking.
Interested applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting. Candidates who have professional qualifications like CA or CFA will get preference during the selection process. The company requires someone with 6 to 8 years of experience in areas like investment banking, merchant banking, corporate advisory, or commercial banking. Out of these years, the person should have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role or managing deals.
Role and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will lead and grow the corporate advisory services at the company. Their main job will be to provide financial advice and manage projects like mergers, acquisitions, and capital mobilization. Also, they will have to coordinate with regulatory bodies including SEBON, NEPSE, and the Nepal Rastra Bank.
